Aw, man...when I watched KimiNozo and heard this at the end, I was going to CRY, I tell you! ^^;
Great song, great song! You have to watch the show to get the full effect, but it's still nice nonetheless.
Notes
{1} This Bbsus7 is, well, what I *guess* it sounds like. A Bbm7 would fit too, but it just doesn't have that "minor" sound to it - it's more like the 3rd was omitted and so a sus chord is my best guess. If you want, you can replace all the Bbsus7 chords with a Bbmin7
{2} The key changes to E here, so I've switched to sharp chords to follow the E key signature conventions (don't mind me - I'm anal :P). In fact, if you have listened to a couple of classical waltz pieces, you might hear that this chord progression is actually quite common.
{3} Key changes to Ab here, so I switch to flat chords again (yeah, yeah, anal)
{4} I'm not very sure about the G7 - it's so darn tricky to catch this chord. I must be losing it...>_<
